Cut A Rug

Like I said on Sunday, I’m officially moving to Philadelphia at the end of next month. And even though I have a million (and one!) things to do before I move, I’m so excited to be living with Harrison again. We’ve decided to stay in his current apartment, but because he didn’t have the best furniture/decor (no offense, Harrison), I’ve decided to almost entirely refurnish and redecorate the place. Fortunately, I have several pieces of furniture from my apartment that I’ll be transferring over, but there are definitely a few new things—both decor and furniture-wise—that I want to purchase.

First up: a new living room rug to go under our coffee table(s). I love the pattern on the one I have now—which I got for an absolute steal at Home Goods and has lasted me well over a year—but thanks to foster dogs who both shed and chew, this one’s a goner.

I haven’t narrowed down exactly what color scheme I want for the living room, but I do know I want a light, neutral couch to pair with the two white tables. Fortunately, that means I have a pretty big range of colors and patterns that could potentially match.

Here are just a few of the options I’m considering:

Blue Beauties

Timeless Touches

Classy Colors

Do you like any of these? And do you have a favorite rug style or pattern?
