Even though I’ve been enjoying the wonderful warm weather here in North Carolina for the past few days, there have been a few times when the gusty winds, chilly mornings and cool evenings reminded me that it’s not quite summer yet. Which means there’s definitely still time to add a few spring coats to my closet (especially since I never know what Philly weather has in store for me).
So as the final installment in my spring wardrobe refresh series, I’ve rounded up 20 spring coats that are not only lightweight and add a major boost to any spring outfit, but that can also transition into the early days of fall without a hitch. Check them out:
Those pastel and floral-print pieces can be the centerpiece of practically any outfit this spring—even if that outfit is a simple tee and jeans—and if you really have some room for splurging, that bubblegum-pink Kenzo coat is a must. If you’re looking for something a little more classic, you really can’t go wrong with a lightweight parka jacket or timeless trench (the snakeskin-print and yellow versions from Coach and Warehouse add a nice twist on the traditional), while the playful bomber jackets would add a hint of masculinity to perfectly balance out a feminine ensemble.
What spring coats have you been sporting so far, and which pieces are on your wish list this season?
